·        And open the request to be braced, for each existing product the product return tag, click the button to start the return process.

In this case the full shipping costs will be charged to the buyer.

 

How to resend the product to Qutoof?

 We will arrange a date for receipt of the product to be returned within 3 days of submitting the application.

How long does it take to check the quality of time?

Quality inspection may take up to 3 days. Product recovery begins after the quality inspection team has completed its work.

 

How to recover money?

After making sure that the product is in good condition, a Vodafone Cash number or a contact card number is requested and the transfer will take place within 7 days only.
